Three weeks of pattern making, engraving, cutting and finally shaping, this suit of impressive black armor is constructed of 1/4 inch sintra from top to bottom. The tribal design on each of the armor pieces was carefully traced out using a white carbon paper, then engraved into the plastic using a Dremel tool and a small engraving bit. Each section is leather strapped and riveted to ensure maximum strength and the whole suit is painted in three coats of hammered black finish spray.
